Social & Ethical Commitment

A strong social and ethical commitment is beneficial for everyone including end-consumers, companies and those employed to produce the product in factories.

The demand for socially and ethically produced products is ever growing and we are dedicated to acting socially responsible toward both the workers and communities that produce our products. Our social and ethical standards are based on those outlined by Social Accountability International in their SA8000 benchmark, as well as guidelines laid out by the International Labour Organization and the United Nations’ Universal Declaration of Human Rights stated by the UN (United Nations).

As a part of our commitment, we refuse to work with and will report any findings of child labor, forced labor, breach of health and safety legislation, discrimination, lack of freedom of association and rights to collective bargaining, as well as use of corporal, physical and/or mental punishment.

We meet and evaluate all of our producers in person, this is the only way to make sure that the supplier meet our social and ethical demands.
